I wanted to quote this Shakespeare play because he was one of our greatest playwrights and poets. A genius. To understand this quote, you must understand the context of the play.

Humphry Bogart misquoted the saying. It was supposed to be:

"Such stuff as dreams are made on."

Sort of meaning people are what dreams are made of.
